Initial Appointment

  • We receive an electronic work order from your home warranty company.(May take up to 1-2 hours after you file a claim)
  • You will receive a text or email(which ever information your WC gives us)confirming our current COVID related safety practices which you will need to confirm.
  • One of our friendly dispatch associates will reach out to you to schedule the next available appointment window in your area.
    (WC usually allow 48 hours during business days for arrival of first appointment)
  • Our Comfort Specialist will call and send an electronic message 30 min to an hour prior to their arrival time notifying you that he/she is headed your way. You will see a photo of the Comfort Specialist who is coming to your home and can track his/her travel through the electronic dispatching system. No need to wait in a hot house awaiting our arrival.

What Happens Now?

Repairs

  • Your Comfort Specialist, while at your home, will explain to you what needs to be repaired and explain any charges that typically are not covered by home warranty company policies. They can offer options to you for priority service, upgraded equipment, energy efficiency solutions, maintenance plans and clean air products that are available.We do not send out a sales team person to pressure you into repairs or replacements that are not necessary. Our Comfort Specialist team members are highly skilled technicians that know fully how the HVAC system works, able to diagnose and make repairs and are up to date on the most current technology available.
  • Our Comfort Specialists carry many universal a/c and or heating parts so we can make many common repairs on the first visit!
  • If special order parts or clarification regarding your policy coverage are needed, the Comfort Specialist will submit the information to our office and you will be assigned to one of our amazing Comfort Associates who will work with you through the completion of your claim.
  • Our Comfort Associates are the best at keeping you informed of the status of your claim! They follow up with warranty company authorizations department and suppliers twice a day to stay informed on any status changes with your claim and will notify you as soon as they have any updates. Our team rocks!
  • Once authorized your Comfort Associate will go over the information they have received and schedule a return appointment to get you cooling or heating again as soon as possible.

Replacements

  • Your Comfort Specialist, while at your home, will explain to you what needs to be replaced, why it cannot be repaired, and any charges that typically are not covered by home warranty company policies. They can explain options you have for priority service, upgraded equipment, energy efficiency solutions, maintenance plans and clean air products available. We do not send out a sales team person to pressure you into replacements that are not necessary. Our Comfort Specialist team members are highly skilled technicians that know fully how the HVAC system works, able to diagnose and make many repairs and are up to date on the most current technology available.
  • If your equipment needs to be replaced or we need clarification from your warranty company on your specific policy, the Comfort Specialist will submit his/her report to our office and you will be assigned to one of our amazing Comfort Associates who will work with you through the completion of your claim. This Comfort Associate will submit the required documentation to the warranty company requesting authorization for replacement, verification of any additional charges due by the homeowner and purchasing of the equipment needed.
  • Your Comfort Associate will contact you and provide you information on any charges that will be due along with a formal estimate that will be emailed, a projected date for completion if available and an installation/terms of service contract.
  • Our Comfort Associates are the best at keeping you informed of the status of your claim! They follow up with warranty company authorizations department and suppliers twice a day to stay informed on any status changes with your claim and will notify you as soon as they have any updates.
